The minimum age for registration for this programme is 18. Prospective students should note that the following entrance qualifications are recommended for those wishing to undertake this programme:

Entry Requirements:
- 1.Two GCE 'A' levels (or equivalents)
2.Five GCSEs at grades A, B or C (or equivalents) 3.A suitable BTEC National Award 4.Any qualification equivalent to one of the above. 5. IELTS 5.5 Bands (or equivalents)
Applicants over the age of 21 who do not hold one of the recommended entrance qualifications may also register for the programme providing they have been in full-time employment for a minimum of two years.

| This is a professionally oriented qualification and takes a strategic view of HRM linking an organisation's strategic goals and objectives to the management of its human resources. Students on this programme will engage with principles and theories of Human Resource Management and Development. This includes frameworks for reviewing, reflecting, analysing and critiquing existing student and organisational practices as well as providing knowledge and skills, enabling enhanced and more appropriate practices to be developed. |
