General Visa Information

If you are not a British Citizen and you wish to study in the United Kingdom you must inquire from the British Embassy or High Commission in your country to find out if you need a student visa.

Visa Processing

All our students in the UK can receive free visa advice service from our associate immigration consultants; this team consists of expert Solicitors and Barristers in the UK Immigration Law field. If the relevant British High Commission refuses the visa or an extension of stay as a student is refused, the team will undertake an appeal at the Immigration Law Courts (Immigration Appellate Authorities) in the UK.

The documents you will need are:

1. Passport
2. Letter of acceptance
3. Copies of qualifications/ certificates
4. Evidence of fee payment, evidence of financial support during your study in the UK.

Note: The Home Office requirement for students to be eligible for a student visa is that they must be studying full-time for 15 hours per week, strictly between Monday and Friday daytime study at a designated college. It is the student's responsibility to meet these requirements
